How do I book a tour?↓
Choose your tour, pick a date and the number of travellers, and complete your booking through the secure TourDesk checkout. You don’t need an account.
Will I get a confirmation and voucher?↓
Yes — your confirmation and voucher are emailed to you after booking. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder or email us at booking@travelerschoice.is and we’ll resend it.
Is payment secure, and who handles it?↓
Payments are processed securely through our booking provider, Tour Desk ehf. We never see or store your card details.
What can I pay with?↓
Major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more — plus digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. The available options are shown at checkout.
What is the cancellation policy?↓
It’s set per tour and shown on the tour’s page and at checkout. Many tours allow cancellation up to a set time before they start; a small admin fee may apply to refunds.
How do I cancel or get a refund?↓
Email us at booking@travelerschoice.is with your order number and we’ll handle the cancellation and refund for you directly. Refund timing depends on the tour’s policy and your bank or card provider.
Where do I meet or get picked up?↓
Your tour page shows the meeting point or pickup details, and they’re confirmed in your booking. When pickup is offered, you choose your location at checkout.
What if the weather changes or I’m running late?↓
Your booking confirmation includes the operator’s direct contact — reach them as early as you can. Weather-dependent tours are rescheduled or refunded according to that tour’s policy.
Do you run the tours yourselves?↓
No — we’re a curated Iceland marketplace run by local specialists in Reykjavík. The tours are operated by established Icelandic companies, with booking and payment handled through TourDesk. We take care of your curation and support.
