This full-day tour from Reykjavík brings together three of Iceland's most iconic experiences in a single, expertly guided journey. Begin with drysuit snorkeling in the Silfra Fissure, where you'll float between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates in some of the clearest water on Earth — visibility can stretch over 100 metres.
From there, your guide leads you through the celebrated Golden Circle route, taking in the volcanic landscapes and geological wonders that have made this circuit a cornerstone of Icelandic travel. The route passes through scenery shaped by millennia of tectonic activity and glacial forces.
The day continues with a late lunch at Friðheimar Tomato Farm, a working greenhouse farm where you can choose from world-famous tomato soup, ravioli pasta, or grilled tortilla pizza, with unlimited homemade bread included. Water, tea, and coffee are also provided; other dishes and drinks are available at an extra cost.
Throughout the day, your English-speaking guide photographs the highlights of your experience. After the tour, the images are uploaded to a shared drive for easy download — a convenient way to keep memories of your snorkeling session and scenic stops without worrying about your own camera in the water.

Do I need prior snorkeling experience to join this tour?↓
No prior snorkeling experience is required, but participants must be comfortable in water and able to swim. You must be physically fit, meet the height and weight requirements, and complete a medical statement before the tour. Your guide provides a full briefing and all equipment on the day.
What snorkeling equipment is provided?↓
All snorkeling equipment is included, including a full drysuit, mask, fins, and gloves. You need to bring a base layer or thermals to wear under the drysuit, two pairs of warm woolen socks, swimwear, and a towel. A GoPro camera can be rented from the operator.
What is included in the lunch at Friðheimar Tomato Farm?↓
Lunch includes your choice of tomato soup, ravioli pasta, or grilled tortilla pizza, plus unlimited homemade bread, water, tea, and coffee. Other dishes, local desserts, and alcoholic drinks are available to order at an additional cost.

Are there physical requirements for the Silfra snorkeling?↓
Yes. Participants must be at least 12 years old, between 145 cm and 200 cm tall, and between 45 kg and 120 kg. Glasses cannot be worn — bring a prescription mask or contact lenses. Pregnant participants are not recommended to snorkel due to the cold water temperature.
